Complaints & Concerns

We want children, families and professionals to feel confident raising any concerns about the care and support we provide.

At Brightmove, all complaints and concerns are taken seriously, listened to and responded to fairly and promptly. Children are supported to speak openly about anything they are unhappy with and are reassured that making a complaint will not affect the care or support they receive.

We aim to resolve concerns at the earliest opportunity wherever possible, while ensuring that all complaints are properly recorded, reviewed and responded to in line with our complaints procedure.

Children are also supported to access an independent advocate if they wish and are provided with information about how to raise concerns outside of Brightmove.
