Training & Development

Team members receive a comprehensive induction alongside ongoing mandatory and specialist training relevant to their role and the needs of the children they support. We encourage staff to develop professionally and support appropriate residential childcare qualifications and progression opportunities.

Regular supervision, performance reviews and ongoing development help staff reflect on their practice, identify learning needs and work towards their career goals.
